Long-stay winter specials

In winter, Gozo Dive Residence is a popular place to stay for holiday makers, remote workers and digital nomads for whom we have installed super-powerful WIFI. Please contact us with your specific requirements and proposed length of stay.

Gozo Dive Residence was built with all-year-round comfort in mind. The windows and doors of these luxury self-catering apartments are double-glazed, and all bathrooms are equipped with fan heaters and modern air conditioning units which both heat and dehumidify.

The island is green and lush between November and March. Although winter is the coldest season, most days are sunny, and daytime temperatures rarely dip below 15⁰C. Xlendi is a perfect base for visitors wishing to explore Gozo in these cooler months, for those who enjoy e-biking/mountain-biking, rock-climbing and other outdoor activities, and for divers enjoying the crystal-clear water. The sea temperature in Malta drops to 20⁰C in November and to a refreshing to 15⁰C at its coolest in February, and Gozo Dive offers varied diving opportunities throughout the winter.

Gozo is a particularly enchanting place to visit in December when traditional cribs pop up across the island, and the towns and villages are decorated with colourful lights. Also, in February, Gozo’s carnival is an unforgettable 5-day extravaganza of colourful floats, costumes, dancing and parades.
